Fire crews were called to a blaze that broke out in stables in a Lancashire village.

Two fire engines went to Swallow Court in Heysham at about 9.20pm on Friday to the fire, which involved a pile of wood and manure.

It had not spread to any buildings.

Firefighters used a jet to put out the blaze, and nobody was hurt.
