It seems the property market is on the move.

Emma Etchells, branch manager of Bridgfords, Fulwood, says: “It’s refreshing to see increased positivity and enthusiasm emerging in the market.

“More buyers are being registered, coming from the internet, the newspaper and from people walking into our branches.

“Branch sales have increased by more than 50 per cent and, so far this year, sales are up on last year’s figures, with the power shifting back to the seller.

“Bridgfords always put the interest of our client, the vendor, first. We’re here to provide the best advice and push for the best sales figure possible.”

Bridgfords provide vendors with a sellers’ top 10 tips sheet. Emma advises: ”Walk around your home and make a sensible list of basic
repairs buyers may notice. De-cluttering maximises space and re-arranging furniture can help to make the most of the space you’ve got.”

The Fulwood team comprise sales negotiators, Abby and Becci, who between them, have 11 years’ estate agency experience. This, combined with bags of enthusiasm, provides a great service to buyers and sellers. Financial adviser Magda Cullens offers advice and recommendations on a wide variety of mortgages and financial aspects of the home moving process.

Emma continued: “For 180 years, Bridgfords have negotiated their way successfully through many different market conditions and have been trusted by generations for generations.

“We showcase our properties to a huge buyer database through the branch network and staff are the key driver in our successes.”
