Have your say

Today’s results give an insight into how our schools and colleges performed in last summer’s public exams.

Amid controversy surrounding the accuracy of the data, headteachers and school leaders have warned parents “ not to put too much store” by the tables.

They say too much has changed in recent years to draw accurate comparison from year to year. Last summer saw a record number of remarks and grade changes at GCSE level.

One headteacher added: “There have been so many re-markings and regrades since this information was collated that as far as some schools are concerned it is out of date and inaccurate. It actually shows us below where we really are.”

Here we are the latest secondary school and college GCSE exams result percentages from A*-C - Five or more grades including english and maths in 2015 - for full tables see today’s Lancashire Evening Post.
