Lancashire’s emergency services are joining forces to warn drivers of the dangers of drink driving during the World Cup.

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service and Lancashire Constabulary have united with Lancashire’s Police and Crime Commissioner to provide safety messages to those people who will be staying up late to watch the World Cup matches and then drive the morning after.

To help raise the awareness of the campaign, firefighters are arranging various events throughout the week across Lancashire, these include demonstrations of cutting people out of cars.
