Preston to hold vigil in support of Manchester bomb victims

Preston Council has announced it will be holding a vigil on the Flag Market at 6pm to mark the outrage.

Council leader Coun Peter Rankin tweeted this afternoon: “Peace vigil tonight 6pm in Flag Market to show solidarity with Manchester & all affected by the outrage.”
