The court heard she had taken a schoolgirl to Manchester to work as a prostitute.

Gilder was sentenced to five years imprisonment and made subject of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) for life.

She was released from prison on licence in September 2014 and was last seen at an address in Preston but is now wanted for a breach of her licence conditions and for failing to notify police of her whereabouts.

Gilder is described as white, 5ft 7ins, slim, of scruffy appearance, and has long hair which is now believed to be dyed bright red. She speaks with a Manchester accent.

Officers believe she may have links to Blackpool and Preston and urged her to hand herself in.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 where details can be passed to the DASO (Dangerous and Sexual Offenders’) Unit West.
