MISSING: 16-year-old believed to be in Preston

Police are becoming worried about the welfare of a missing 16-year-old who they believe may be in Preston.

Joshua Stock, from Gateshead, was last seen at around 6.40pm on Tuesday, April 25, at an address on Elswick Road in Preston, say police.

The missing teen is described by police as white, around 5ft 10ins tall, of slim build, with hair which is short, blond and curly. He was last seen wearing a grey hoody and grey jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms, a black baseball cap and blue trainers.

Police are now urging anybody who has seen him, or knows where he may be, to get in touch with them.

A Lancashire Police spokeswoman said: “We are worried about Joshua’s welfare and would appeal to anybody who knows where he is, or thinks they may have seen him, to contact us as soon as possible. Similarly we would urge Joshua himself, if he sees this appeal, to get in touch let us know he is safe.”
