Five more charged over the death of Jonjo Highton

A further five people have been charged in connection with the death of Jonjo Highton in Preston, following arrests in the early hours of Monday morning.

Joshua Bore, 19, of Morris Road, Ribbleton, has been charged with murder.

A 16 year old boy from Darwen and Stuart Eastham, 32, of Gisburn Road, Ribbleton, have been charged with assisting an offender.

Natasha Tunstall, 28, of Everton Street and William Bore, 45, of Morris Road, Ribbleton, have been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Joshua Bore and the 16 year old are due to appear at Preston Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 15. Stuart Eastham, Natasha Tunstall and William Bore are set to appear at Preston Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 29.

Jonjo, 18, died in St Stephen’s Road on Saturday, August 23. A post-mortem examination found he was killed by a blade wound to the neck.

The total number of people charged in connection with the investigation is now 13, eight of whom have been charged with murder.
