Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of missing teenager Paige Chivers.
The men, aged 45 and 59, from Blackpool, were arrested on Monday on suspicion of murder and attempting to pervert the course of justice and will now be questioned by detectives.
Paige was last seen in Bispham on the August Bank Holiday weekend in 2007. Since then there have been no corroborated sightings of her and no contact with her family or friends.
Despite repeated appeals, rewards offered, and a long running police investigation she has not been seen since.
A police spokesman said the investigation is being treated as a ‘no body’ murder.
