Comedian and Masterchef finalist Hardeep Singh Kohli is appealing for your opinions on our area’s best Indian takeaway.
The funnyman, who brings his new show to Lancaster Dukes on March 1, is running a curry contest as part of the performance.
The comic will order a takeaway live on stage to be delivered to the theatre, based on the recommendations he receives in advance from his potential audience, submitted through his website, HardeepLive.com
He will then race against time to cook his own family curry recipe, inspired by his mum and grandmother, before the takeaway arrives, to see how they compare.
While doing so, he will share recipe tips, anecdotes and stories of his joint Scottish and Indian heritage.
And the audience at the show will get to decide the winner with some lucky members invited up on stage for a taste test.
