A charity is appealing for dog walking help in Ribbleton, Preston.

The Cinnamon Trust is a national charity formed to support the elderly and terminally ill and their much loved, much needed pets.

The Trust’s volunteers help to keep owners and pets together in a number of ways, either by walking a dog for a housebound owner, fostering pets when the owners need hospital care and even cleaning out a bird cage.

The charity has a shortage of volunteers in the Ribbleton are of Preston.

They need somebody who is able to offer some much needed walks for a seven year old Westie.

The Cinnamon Trust is desperate for volunteers in this area even if you can only offer an hour a week it will improve the dog’s quality of life so much and give the owner peace of mind.

If you are able to help call Sally from the charity on 01736 758707.

Alternatively you can email email volunteer@cinnamon.org.uk.
