More than 100 fitness fanatics took part in a charity fit camp and raised £800 for the Jordan Grant Memorial Fund.

The workout was organised by trainer Joe Dunworth at Cottam Primary School.

Jordan Grant, a Cardinal Newman College and former Our Lady’s High School student, died in 2012, aged 17.

Joe, 26, said: “The event was a massive success with more than 100 people turning up on the night. The support from the whole Cottam Fit Camp group and Cottam Primary School was really overwhelming.”

He also thanked Scott Shashua Joanne Burrow, Karen Alexander and Agnes Ball for their support.
