TEG directors splash cash

Two directors at Lancashire recycling firm The TEG Group have snapped up more shares in the listed company.

Chief executive Mick Fishwick and finance director Tanja Willis bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the group for 46p per share on Thursday.

The deal means Mr Fishwick now holds nearly 1.6m shares in the group, representing around 3% of its share capital, and Mr Willis now holds nearly 800,000 shares representing 1.5%.

The TEG Group is a 'green technology' firms, which develops machinery capable of turning organic waste into high-quality compost, and is based at Buckshaw Village, near Chorley.
