Accountancy firm Baker Tilly has secured a 20,000 sq ft building near Preston to become its new area headquarters.
The letting of Bluebell House in its entirety from local landlord Fourward Properties Ltd has been agreed by property agents ES Group on a 10-year lease.
Robert Pinkus & Co acted on behalf of the landlord.
The move to Bluebell House reinforces Baker Tilly’s commitment to Lancashire, and will bring together teams from Chorley and Bolton, plus key members of staff from the wider region to create a multi-discipline team to service the Lancashire area.
This Grade A office is arranged over three floors within a self-contained landscaped site. Bluebell House offers Baker Tilly an ideal central regional office, accessible to staff and clients alike, courtesy of the building’s strategic location on Junction 31a of the M6.
Jill Jones, North West regional managing partner at Baker Tilly, said: “We were delighted to find a location that allows us to strengthen our Lancashire team, share expertise and provide the best service to our clients.”
Richard Corby, director at ES Group, secured the property for Baker Tilly.
He said: “It is the best property of its kind in the Lancashire market at the moment, which perfectly suits our client’s current needs. The letting is one of the largest deals of its kind in this region for the last couple of years.”
