Staff at a law firm which was saved after a unique rescue deal have been warned to expect redundancies.
North West law firm Linder Myers announced earlier this year it was close to filing for administration.
The firm was saved after a deal with legal services consultants Assure Law.
The agreement secured Linder Myers’ future across its offices including Preston, Lytham, and Kirkham
The firm, which has 50 Lancashire employees, said: “A thorough review of the size and shape of the business has been undertaken.
“The outcome of this is that a number of fee earning and support roles have entered into a 30 day period of consultation which is likely to result in a number of positions being made redundant.”
