The dancers from Carol May’s Academy in Preston took part in a flash mob in St George’s Shopping Centre on Saturday to mark the end of A Better Life Health Week, which saw local people across Preston, Chorley and South Ribble take part in a range of health activities run by Lancashire County Council and ABL Health.

Highlights of the week included a twin peaks charity challenge at Healey Nab and Rivington Pike; the launch of a Nordic walking partnership in South Ribble and Preston; a walking football tournament; and a smoothie bike at Chorley health mela.
