A care company has signed a deal for new offices in Bamber Bridge, near Preston.
Lancashire Workforce Development Partnership (LWDP) has taken suites 2 and 4, a total of 5,576 sq ft, on a three year lease at Ribble House.
The firm was signed up by Hurstwood.
They join current tenants Studsvik, Pennine Events and Richardson Trading.
Lancashire Workforce Development Partnership chief finance officer David Kitching said: “We were looking for office space that could be used to deliver this training and be easily accessed by customers from the whole of Lancashire.
“Following an extensive search we chose Ribble House as it best met our requirements. “After a few weeks here we are delighted with our suites, the convenience of the location and the local facilities, and we expect that we will increase our customer base as a result.”
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling said: “We have seen an increase in enquiries for Ribble House since we further sub-divided the space last year and thanks to our newest tenants LWDP the building is now two-thirds let.
“Businesses are attracted to the high quality accommodation as well as the building’s location, close to the M6. We have more office space currently under offer so we anticipate more good news in the near future.”
Ribble House is located just outside Bamber Bridge town centre.
LWDP supports the independent care sector in Lancashire, by investing in the adult social care workforce to provide subsidised staff training and development opportunities, with the ultimate purpose of improving adult social care in Lancashire for service users.
