Have your say

People walking past Preston Fire Station might have to do a double take after a huge mural was plastered on to the doors.

The images feature fire crews and paramedics and have covered all of the doors at the fire station in Blackpool Road.

Fire chiefs say the quirky doors are a ‘visual reminder’ to members of the public about Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service working with the North West Ambulance Service.

The station is now a co-location for fire and ambulance crews and bosses wanted to make sure the public are aware of that.

The news doors have already been turning heads and were finished on Friday.
