A team of 15 employees from a Samlesbury Brewery walked over 12 kilometres across Morecombe Bay to raise money for St Catherine’s Hospice in Preston.

The fundraisers from across the business are aiming to raise over £2000 for the local hospice and completed the challenge in memory one of their colleagues who received the care of St Catherine’s.

Chris I’Anson, Brewery Manager at AB InBev UK’s Samlesbury Brewery said:

“While we are all incredibly saddened by the passing of a much loved colleague, I would like to express how proud I am of the team who undertook this challenge in support of St Catherine’s who provide an extremely important service to the local community.”
