Charity bosses at a leading cancer organisation and urging people to keep them in mind if they are hosting a fundraising event his Christmas.
Marie Curie Cancer Care asks people who may be organising events, such as a pub quiz or a Christmas fair to try and raise cash to support Marie Curie cancer nurses.
A spokesman for the charity said: “If you sing in a choir you could hold your Christmas Carol service in aid Of Marie Curie, or come along to one of our Christmas Collections and sing alongside our collectors.
“If you are interested, please get in touch; Marie Curie nurses need your help this Christmas.”
