A drug user paid to hold a stash of crack cocaine for a supplier has today been jailed for more than three years.
Peter Hull was arrested when officers searched his flat on Bromley Road, Lytham St Annes and found enough of the Class A drug to make 231 street deals.
Some amphetamine in paste form was discovered in his van parked outside the address last October.
Hull, 25, had pleaded guilty to charges of possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply and the simple possession of amphetamine. A judge at Preston Crown Court today gave him a prison term of three years and nine months.
Police also found over £2,000 in used bank notes at the home.
His barrister said he was a cog in a wheel and had been paid to mind the drugs.
