Young mum and student nurse Adele Slater has lost more than 5 stones and loves the freedom Weight Watchers allows, fitting in really well with her busy work/life schedule.

Weight Watchers leader Claire Anderson said: “The success in my classes is just amazing, but it’s not the statistics that make me smile, it’s the smiles on my members’ faces that matter to me. I can see my members changing their lives and becoming the people they really want to be.

“I have six classes now in Longridge and Grimsargh with more than 200 members, all with their own inspiring and motivating stories to share.
