Wind turbine plans could be turned down

Plans for a huge wind turbine should be turned down, say planners.
Planning officers at Wyre Council are urging members of the authority's planning committee to reject plans on Wednesdayfor the 127 metre-high wind turbine next to the Dewlay's cheese premises off the A6.

A report said the turbine would be an "incongruous feature" in the area.
