Kubis - your stupidity is blinding. Think about it - why would the LEP let you comment on court cases that are still ongoing? It's called prejudice and any idiotic comment could in theory collapse a trial.
Remember those two who got fired for shouting 'Guilty, guilty' on radio when referring to the Shipman trial when it was still ongoing?
Simple really

Why wasn't she told to organise the repayment of the money at the original trail? I am sure the business she defrauded could have done with the capital earlier?
Another example of people living beyond their means! Say no, save up & work hard to earn your own monies. The dependancy culture & must buy now society has a lot to answer to. Nearly £40,000 extra through her hands & still not happy, I bet!

I feel very sorry for Mr Woodward, what a nasty thing to do. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you! I hope she does pay every penny back as prison will follow, she should have got more jail 1st time around with this threat of more jail as said above. Silly, silly woman.

She was jailed for 10 months in June 2007 after pleading guilty to 10 charges of theft, with a further 19 taken into consideration.
that for your information Shmiechel is the Result and sentence for a crime that has been DEALT AND FINISHED with by the courts....and the ONLY conditions attatched to the trial is that she repays or suffers a longer sentence.... so i think it is you who is blinded my friend....and with hidsight mr Ship WAS Guilty Guilty Guilty...!!!!!

Comments are not allowed cos of legal reasons;ie.The case is ongoing.......the LEP could find themselves in serious legal trouble if we were allowed to comment on all issues. This case has finished. Secondly im glad Kieth will get his money back.....could have been worse mate...you could have been married to the thieving bi**h!!
