Six charged over Preston kidnap

Six men from Preston have been charged in connection with a kidnapping and assault in the Deepdale area in April.
Zahid Khan, 32, of Goldfinch Street, Ibrar Khan, 26, of Dove Street, Asrar Khan, 24, of Dove Street, Solhail Patel, 26, of St Thomas Road, Hafiz Razaq, 23, of Chester Road, Usfaan Khalid, 25, of Tennyson Mill Court, have all been charged with conspiracy to kidnap and assault.

All were due to appear before Preston Magistrates on Thursday.
Meanwhile, a 26-year-old man from Burnley and a 31-year-old man from Blackburn have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
