The ratings: Five stars - excellent and best performing
Four stars - good
Three stars - expected level of performance
Two stars - below expected (cross contamination issues found)
One star - poorly performing (cross contamination issues found)
0 stars - very poorly performing (cross contamination issues found)
The following food outlets received no stars:Red Onion, New Hall Lane
Shanghai House, Church Street
Spicy Delights, Ribbleton Lane
