Ratings for food outlets in Preston - one star

Preston City Council bosses have produced a list of 592 food outlets and given them a rating of between none and five stars based on their hygiene and food safety.
The ratings:
Five stars - excellent and best performing
Four stars - good
Three stars - expected level of performance
Two stars - below expected (cross contamination issues found)
One star - poorly performing (cross contamination issues found)
0 stars - very poorly performing (cross contamination issues found)

The following food outlets received one star:

Mix Masala, Plungington Road
Pizza City, Friargate
Ruby's Indian Gourmet Restaurant, Friargate
Tasty Village, Friargate
