A rail worker from Preston arrested on suspicion of manslaughter over a fatal train crash has had his bail extended.
Pensioner Margaret Masson died and 22 people were injured when the West Coast Main Line service derailed at Grayrigg in Cumbria.
Two Network Rail employees from Tebay were arrested with the Preston man, several months after the crash in February 2007.
The three, aged 46, 60 and 64, will now report to police in June.
A British Transport Police spokesman said on Wednesday: "All three were due to answer bail today, but this has been extended until the end of June pending further inquiries."
