Ha ha! Reminds me of that scene in the film The Commitments when two lads are spotted trying to get a horse into a lift in a high rise block because "the stairs would kill him"!

House covered in "pony and trap" should have been the headline!

I wonder if the house was infested with HORSE FLIES! What a bunch of tramps to leave that house looking like a pig farm...But still funny!

What about the poor pony? It must have been terrible living in a bedroom. I know that not all travellers are the same but why are they outside the animal welfare laws?

The pony couldn't make it outside as it was too long a trek!
(Sorry!)

"Reminds me of that scene in the film The Commitments when two lads are spotted trying to get a horse into a lift" - in the film it was only the one lad trying to get the horse in the lift. The other lad had nothing to do with it he was wanting to use the lift.

6 you do well to apologise. And 5 - how is this cruel? I'm sure most ponies would gladly trade their draughty stable for a nice snug bedroom.

Sorry Barnfarm - I'm simply saddled with an odd sense of humour... yikes, there I go again. Kenneth Williams, Sid James and the Carry On team eat your hearts out.

RE: dennis p,lostock hall - you really have too much time on your hands to be correcting me on something like that ;)
