Paul 'Dangerous' Danan has been told he will never work in Preston again after his foul-mouthed outburst at a public family event.
The former Hollyoaks and Celebrity Love Island personality was sacked from Jack and The Beanstalk on Thursday after swearing twice on stage at Preston's Christmas light switch-on.
Mayor of Preston, Christine Abram, has told Danan he will never work in the city again.
She said: "If the production company had not sacked him, the council would have had to insist he went.
"The pantomime will go on without him and it will be better with him not in it. He will not work here again if I have anything to do with it."
Police in Preston were "inundated with complaints" about the filthy outburst on Wednesday evening.
City centre Insp Steve Evans said: "We will not stand idlely by and watch these offences be committed and then do nothing about it because how would I explain why I had not acted?
"These people have to realise that just because they are celebrities, they are not above the law."
Bernadette Woods, headteacher at St Oswald's Catholic Primary School, whose choir was singing on stage directly after Danan's outburst, said: "Fortunately the choir were singing so they didn't hear it.
"I feel sad that if he couldn't say something nice at Christmas he shouldn't bother."
Danan was sacked from the starring role in Jack and the Beanstalk at the Charter Theatre, Preston, by panto production firm Pele Productions following the incident.
His co-stars also did not want to work with him following his outburst, it has emerged.
And Danan, who was fined by police, has been told to stay out of the city for good.
As parents continued to tell of their outrage at his shocking rant, Anthony Gay, programme director at Rock FM, said: "The ultimate decision to sack him was with the production company, but Adam (Catterall) and Gemma (Dee) did say they felt unconfortable working with him based on the way he acted.
"They were not keen on working with him again. Gemma particularly came away and felt really uncomfortable about how it would all be going forward."
The search was beginning on Friday for a new star for the lead role of Jack.
Producer Viv Wells said the company had several names in mind and would not rule out popular breakfast DJ Adam Catterall stepping up into the starring role.
She said: "Everyone was very angry and upset after it happened. I think there would have been some friction if they had had to work with him, but it was never going to come to that.
"In showbusiness you always have to keep your head, anything can happen at any time. I'm not worried at the moment."
