Man charged over Deepdale shooting

A man has been charged with attempted murder and firearms offences following an alleged shooting in Preston.
Kyle Parvez, 20, from Arnhem Road, Fishwick, Preston, is due to appear at Preston Magistrates Court on Monday morning.

He was arrested on Saturday.

The charge relates to an incident in St Paul's Road, Deepdale, Preston, last month when Dilbag Singh, 25, of St Paul's Road, was shot just yards from his home.

An 18-year-old has previously been charged with attempted murder over the same incident and has already appeared at Preston Magistrates Court.
