A jury is to resume its deliberations today in the trial of two policemen accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
Retired academic Peter Williams, 67, died after a collision on the B6254 near Over Kellet, Carnforth, on November 2, 2006.

Liverpool Crown Court heard one vehicle was being driven by 38-year-old advanced police driver PC Sean Schofield as part of a training exercise when he ploughed head-on into an oncoming vehicle.

PC Schofield is charged alongside PC Andrew Massingham, 41, who was driving another vehicle ahead of his colleague's car.

very concerned, you are not the only one to be very concerned, they can shoot inocent people, kill people with cars, tell lies on oath and then truly expect respect from the public, you must be joking. i,ve had first hand experience of the police and know what vermin most of them are. if there is a god then theese two clowns will get what is coming to them but like you say they can riggle like worms, so i won,t be holding my breath for justice for the dead mans family.

and guess what? good job i was not holding my breath because the pair of them were found not guilty of death by dangerous driving, and one of them found guilty of a pathetic offence of careless, the jury must have been taken in by the lies of the two of them.
they killed a innocent man and they will walk away with a smile on there face.it,s not even funny anymore what theese vermin think they can get away with, and it,s getting worse by the day and there giving the clowns guns, oh my god, what next???????????
