A Lancashire children's hospice is the envy of thousands of wizard fans across the country.
Derian House, in Astley Village, near Chorley, has got its hands on a limited edition copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows signed by author JK Rowling.

The final book in the adventures of the young wizard was donated by book store Waterstone's, on Fishergate, Preston. It will be sold at a charity auction on Friday, September 14.

The book will be auctioned at a jazz night being held at the Yu and You Chinese restaurant on Longsight Road, Copster Green, near Preston.
