Firefighters were called out to two false alarms in just one hour in Preston.
The first was at Bako food suppliers, Roman Way, just before 8.30am on Thursday after a member of staff burnt toast.

The second was at Ainscough Brook House, Ribbleton Avenue, at 9.30am.

A Lancashire fire service spokesman said: "Somebody was carrying out a fire alarm test and had forgot to put it offline."
