Up to 20 families had to be evacuated when firebugs torched a disused student block in Deepdale.
Firefighters spent more than 12 hours at the scene on St Barnabas Place after the fire broke out at 7pm on Friday.

Five youths - aged 13 to 15 - have been arrested on suspicion of arson and were due to be quizzed by detectives on Saturday.

Burning buildings and endangering lives .And they are called little fire bugs .is that what the jury must think .these cute little firebugs turn into gang members and then what cute little things do they do then .they must be stopped for good now not slapped on the wrist
