A cheese factory worker died from head injuries after being knocked off his bike as he cycled home from work.
Marcin Marcinkowski, 23, of Charles Street, Blackpool, worked at Dewlay in Garstang and, on March 4, cycled down the access road from the factory but failed to stop when he reached the A6 and continued into the path of an oncoming Transit van.

Preston coroner Nicola Mundy recorded a verdict of accidental death.
