A round-up of crime stories from around Lancashire.
Dog flap thief hunted
A thief sneaked into a house through a dog flap.
The man was disturbed by the owner of the property on Crofters Green, Preston, about 12.50pm on August 5. He stole a Nokia N95 mobile phone.
He is described as a white man, slim, clean shaven, with short dark hair and around 5ft 3in.

Breakdown man robbed
A thief stole a breakdown man's mobile phone from his recovery vehicle as he worked on a broken down car.
The incident happened on Fulwood Row, Fulwood, on August 3.

Electrical haul
Burglars ransacked a house on Tulketh Road, Ashton, Preston and stole a haul of electrical goods worth £1,200. Among items stolen were a Toshiba laptop, Panasonic DVD player, Canon photocopier and digital camera, a black Sony Playstation and a small safe.
