A chemist has been struck off for stealing drugs from his pharmacy.
James Asher, 27, of Market Street, Lancaster, offered a woman "cocaine" which was in fact crushed aspirin, then returned to the pharmacy to steal Viagra and the morning after pill before having sex with her.
A disciplinary hearing heard how the 20-year-old woman reported Asher to police after he kicked her out of bed telling her to go as he "wanted to get another girl".
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society panel was told how Asher returned to his flat from a pub with the woman and offered her the "cocaine" which was actually aspirin taken from the Fox & Medcalf Pharmacy on King Street, Lancaster.
The pair also snorted crushed Flurazepam and Diazepam tablets before agreeing to have sex and Asher went back to the pharmacy to steal the Viagra and contraceptive pill.
Striking off Mr Asher, panel chairman Judge Mota Singh said: "We really have no option but to say he's made himself unfit to remain on the register. The serious aspect of this case was taking drugs from the pharmacy which is tantamount to dishonest conduct."
Asher was fined £600 with £70 costs for stealing the items by Lancaster Magistrates in October 2005.
