Care for Lancashire's elderly and disabled is among the best in the country, says a new report.
Lancashire County Council has scored a top three-star rating from the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) for its elderly and disabled social care for the third year running.

The CSCI said the county council's strengths included providing intensive home services, supporting carers and initiatives to improve people's safety. The county council supports 30,000 adults every year.
