Wildlife lovers can learn more about their surroundings and help the environment with a new ranger group.
South Ribble Youth Rangers will be able to take part in conservation activities at Worden Park from Sunday, November 4.

The group follows the success of the junior rangers who meet each month in Longton, Penwortham and Bamber Bridge.

The monthly sessions will last three hours and all young people between 12 and 16 years are to meet at 9am on the first Sunday of every month outside the coffee shop in the centre of Worden Park.

Call 01772 422316 for details.
