Tottenham Hotspur have warned that they will not sell Dimitar Berbatov on the cheap to Manchester United.
Spurs are close to completing the signing of Roman Pavlyuchenko from Spartak Moscow, but say he would be a replacement for Robbie Keene, not Berbatov.

The Daily Mirror newspaper reports that the London club want £32million, with United having offered £7m less than the asking price.
