DAILY MIRROR: Kevin Keegan and Mike Ashley are at loggerheads over James Milner as Newcastle prepare to sell the winger to Aston Villa for £10million. Also: French star Samir Nasri scored for the second successive home game as Arsenal made light work
of Steve McClaren's Dutch side FC Twente. Also: Jonathan Woodgate has sent out a call for unity ahead of England's World Cup campaign. The Spurs defender has urged fans to put aside aside negative thoughts for the good of the country following their reaction to the 2-2 Wembley draw with the Czech Republic.

DAILY EXPRESS: Arsene Wenger answered his critics with a perfect response as his side booked their place in the Champions League group stages with a 4-0 win over FC Twente last night. Also: Peter Kenyon says the £28million signing of Robinho will move Chelsea closer to achieving world domination...Only a fortnight after Newcastle manager Kevin Keegan said his boardroom were "united" behind him, it all seemed to fall apart at St James' Park following James Milner's decision to hand in a transfer request.

THE INDEPENDENT: Dirk Kuyt fired Liverpool into the group stages of the Champions League with a goal in the 27th minute of extra-time after Rafael Benitez's side had embarrassingly been forced into a stalemate by Standard Liege. Also: Tottenham Hotspur have told Dimitar Berbatov that he can leave only if they sign two strikers before the transfer deadline on Monday and they hope the second, after Roman Pavlyuchenko, will be Andrei Arshavin.

THE SUN: Steven Gerrard is out of England's opening World Cup qualifiers next month. The Liverpool skipper will have a groin op this morning after helping his side scrape into the Champions League group stages. Also: Alan Curbishley is fighting for his West Ham manager's job...Chelsea are cooing over the arrival of Robinho. The Brazil winger, 24, will complete a £28million move from Real Madrid in the next 24 hours.

DAILY MAIL: Arsenal put Steve McClaren firmly in his place last night as they smashed his European dream. The ex-England coach was humbled as his FC Twente side were hammered 4-0 in north London and 6-0 on aggregate in Champions League qualifying. Shaun Wright-Phillips is set to make a dramatic return to Manchester City - three years after his £22million move to Chelsea.

THE TIMES: Arsenal cruised into the group stage of the Champions League last night with a 4-0 victory over FC Twente, the Dutch side coached by Steve McClaren, at the Emirates Stadium to complete a 6-0 aggregate success. Also: Peter Kenyon said yesterday that Chelsea's summer transfer business will be completes his move from Real Madrid, a signing that the chief executive believes will show that the club are poised to reach new levels under the management of Luiz Felipe Scolari.

DAILY TELEGRAPH: Robinho, Real Madrid's Brazilian forward, should be available for Chelsea's home derby with Tottenham, according to his agent Wagner Ribeiro.

DAILY STAR: Dirk Kuyt spared Liverpool's blushes last night with a dramatic extra-time winner over Standard Liege. Also: Niko Kranjcar has been ruled out for up to three months after undergoing ankle surgery.
