Arsenal, Aston Villa, Everton and Middlesbrough are all chasing Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey, according to reports.
The £8m-rated Wales International has impressed with a string of fine performances for club and country.
And The Daily Mirror claims that Arsenal are currently in pole position to land the keeper as they look for a long-term replacement for Jens Lehmann.
The 21-year-old signed a four-year-deal at Monlineux in January but would be tempted by a bid from one of the Premier League's big boys.
Hennessey kept 21 clean-sheets this season, including a superb performance for his country against Germany in November.
