Three of the accused in the trial of murdered Liverpool schoolboy Rhys Jones have said they will not go into the witness box.
Liverpool Crown Court heard Boy M, 16, James Yates, 20, and Nathan Quinn, 18, will give no evidence.
The judge, Mr Justice Irwin, asked their barristers if they had all been warned adverse inferences could be drawn from their decisions.
The three barristers confirmed they had.
