A man is due to appear in court charged with the murder of a three-year-old girl who died after an arson attack.
Francesca Bimpson was one of four children injured in the blaze in Norwood Grove just after midnight on December 2 last year.
The toddler suffered massive burns and died three weeks later at Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
Her sisters Anne-Marie, 17 months, Christina, eight, and brother Kieron, 14, were treated for the effects of smoke.
