Family pay tribute to accident victim

The family of a 91-year-old pedestrian killed in a road accident in Stretford have paid tribute to her.
Audrey Bagnall, from Davyhulme Road East, died after she was hit by a white Mercedes van in Kingsway near the Stretford Arndale.

She was taken to Trafford General Hospital with a serious head injury where she died.

Daughter Karen said her mother was "forthright and sprightly" despite her age.
