Ballot forms for the referendum on the Greater Manchester congestion charge are being posted to households in the region.
Everyone who is on the electoral register in each of the 10 Greater Manchester council areas will be eligible to vote.

Motorists face congestion charges of up to £5 to drive in and out of Manchester city centre at peak times Monday to Friday.

The plans are part of a wider £3bn transport plan for Greater Manchester.
