Prestons is a small independent letting agent which specialises only in renting out property, our office is situated in Bamber Bridge and is ideally located to service all the Preston area.

The staff comprises manager Hollie Cartwright and letting advisors Nadine Hilton and Debbi Evans. In all, they have a total of more than 20 years experience in lettings and can deal with every aspect of the industry, everything from marketing, finding a quality tenant, referencing, inventories, inspections, rental payments, maintenance issues and much more.

Over the last two years in which we have owned the business, it has successfully continued to grow as word spread of our professionalism, customer service and dedication to our landlords/tenants.

Almost 90% of our new business comes from recommendations from existing landlords which is a testament itself to the kind of exceptional service we provide.

We have also found that our tenants often look to stay with us when moving house because they have been so impressed by our helpful and knowledgeable staff.
