There have been 80 bids for the title and property in Devon being auctioned on eBay by an eccentric "lonely hearts lord."
The Lord of Warleigh - David Piper - estimates the whole lot is worth up to £6m.

Up for internet auction is his manorial title as well as six acres of freehold land at Great Warleigh Farm, Tamerton Foliot, near Plymouth.

Also up for sale are more than 140 items of contemporary art, property in Plymouth and two Bentley cars.

The bidding on Thursday had reached £350,100 - with the online auction due to end on Monday.

Lord of Warleigh said he would even include himself in the sale "to a suitable purchaser".

He made world headlines in 2002 when he placed a lonely hearts advert in the International Herald Tribune.

Now he is selling his lifestyle on eBay because he said had been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer.
