Great Service-Quoted over £4000 for this job from other engineers, REECE from PLATINUM GAS came and explained what i needed for the job and gave me a quote half its price, he explained exactly what was needed for the job and assured me all would be well.I am OVER the MOON, this engineer REECE from PLATINUM GAS carried out the work to a very high standard, and i am glad he was recommended to me, as NOW i will RECOMMEND him to you all.went through how it all works and set it up for me.Courteous, Honest and VERY helpful in all aspectsA BIG THANKYOU FROM GERRY HARDWELL

Outstanding Service - Not Enough STARS! I called Transco recently as I had a constant smell of fumes in my home. Within the hour Transco had visited my property and disconnected my gas supply as something called the Flue was not connected and was apparently very dangerous. Reece Hamerton at Platinum Gas – an Engineer based in Preston Lancashire was called out the same day as I have a small child and needed hot water and heating… Reece attended my property and checked my boiler system over, advised me what would need doing and how much it would cost to make my home safe again. He then gave me the first appointment he had available. The work was completed to a very high standard which is pretty unusual these days and thankfully the cost was not half as much of a shock as it would have been to find someone in my family dead. I know, a bit dramatic… A few weeks later I was watching Coronation Street and a Shudder went down my spine. (This was the episode where Fizz was hospitalised due to Carbon Monoxide Poisoning). Thankfully this didn’t happen to me or my family. My only regret was that I never offered Reece a brew so when Reece comes to do a job for you, please make him one from me. I can’t thank Transco and Reece Hamerton at Platinum Gas enough. Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you again, Gina.

this is our first time useing this engineer, i have to agree with the one above he puts 125% into his work .excellent workmanship very professional he explains everthing to you before he does it and then keeps his word on wot he does. can be trusted ,will definitely keep this number for my next job .
